Terms And Conditions

This page tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products to you on the basis of your order. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any products from our website. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

INFORMATION ABOUT US:

We operate our online store via website https://www.7hillsgrocer.com and we do not operate a brick and mortar store. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 7Hills Grocer. We offer this website also referred to as Site, including all information, tools and services available from this website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions and policies.

ORDERS:

We do accept orders from all over the UK, willing to accept to process such orders that you are agreeing to be bound by given terms and conditions. All UK mainland orders up to 18 Kg will be considered for free shipping. Above 18 kg, the customer will be charged for extra weight. 

 

Client Status:

By placing an order through our site, you confirm that you are legally old enough to place an order, which in turns binding contracts.

Control Details:

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (“dispatch confirmation”). The contract between us (“contract”) will only be formed when we send you the dispatch confirmation. At times we also accept pre-orders hoping that the product is stocked up in time for dispatch. If for any reason the stock does not arrive at our warehouse, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund for paid pre-orders.

 

Products:

The contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the dispatch confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products, which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate dispatch confirmation.

Please Note: All fresh produce is subject to availability. 

 

Orders:

Orders are subject to the availability of Products. In the event that the Products become unavailable, we will notify you by email.

 

Cancellation Of Order:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours. For order cancellation, you have to send an email within the mentioned time limit. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy.

 

Return Of Products:

To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the products to us as soon as possible, and at your own cost. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

Availability & delivery:

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation email or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the dispatch confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. We will deliver the products ordered to the delivery address supplied by you.

Risk & Title:

Risk:

The supplied products will be your responsibility from the time of delivery.

 

Title:

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all products, including delivery charges.

 

Price & Payment:

Price:

The price of the products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.

 

Change in Price:

Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect your order in respect of which we have already sent you an order confirmation email.

 

Error:

Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you that we are rejecting it.

 

Mistake:

If the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably recognized by you as an error, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

 

Offer:

Only one discount offer will be applied to an order.

 

Credit Cards:

Payment for all products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro & Solo.

 

Bank Transfer:

We also accept bank transfer as a payment option. We will intimate you the bank account details through order fulfilment emails.
