Refund Policy

As facilitators of fruit, we deliver the fruit as it is received from the orchards. Kindly take two minutes to read about us. Click the link, do it.

We have a top notch supply chain all the way from Indian farms to UK, USA and Canada. We take great care in transportation so as to bring the mangoes efficiently to keep them fresh. We also guide our farmer partners in the best practices to harvest quality mangoes. This is challenging as we procure fruit from many small farmers. When we visit the orchards, we reject a lot more fruit than we accept. The process has many steps and is complicated. We take several precautions to eliminate many mango issues and guide everyone along the supply chain to ensure the best fruit reaches our communities. As hard as we try, we can't eliminate all the issues. This is because a few of the issues manifest only at the point of consumption when the mangoes are fully ripe. This is why we are unable to issue refunds for any blemishes found only on the inside of a mango.

Mango is very sensitive to heat, light, temperature, humidity and infestations. Correctly harvested mangoes may or may not have issues which even experienced farmers can't discover until the mango is ready to be consumed. At that point, the mango has already travelled across the globe. All of the costs (you can see the breakdown above) are non-recoverable even when a box of mangoes turns out to be bad. For that reason all the sales are final and refunds are not offered for any issue with the fruit. We advise that you purchase at your own risk. Most of the time, due to the amount of care taken by the farmer and by us in the supply chain, the mangoes turn out to be good. But it may not always be that way. No one honestly talks about these things but we want to set the right expectation so that its clear there is some risk involved when dealing with tropical fruits.
